County Responds to Fire on Natchez Trace Drive

Henderson County Fire Department Stations 3, 7 and 10 were called to a residential fire at the 13,000 block of Natchez Trace Drive around 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2020. Station 7 arrived at the scene and was able to extinguish a fire on the front porch of the residence and cancel the call to the other stations. There was minor damage and no injuries, but Chief Lynn Murphy, of the Henderson County Fire Department, said that this incident was a good reminder to never discard a cigarette into a flower pot as they often contain…
