Leadership Henderson County Enjoys Local Government Day

On Tuesday, February 11, 2020, Leadership Henderson County focused on local government in Lexington and Henderson County. The class started the day with a visit to City Mayor, Jeff Griggs. He enlightened the class on what a day at City Hall is like. He told the class about plans for a great future in Lexington, Tn and answered questions for us. The class then visited the new utilities building. Jeff Griggs and the department heads lead the tour on the new facility and the benefit it will be to the city and county.

The class next visited Henderson County Mayor, Eddie Bray, at the Henderson County Courthouse. He shared plans for the future of Henderson County. The class also was given a tour of the courthouse. The next stop was to hear…
