Justin L. Stegall, age 35 of Henderson County, was arrested on December 31st on a charge of aggravated sexual battery. According to the affidavits the arrest stemmed from incidents during the timeframe of May 24, 2019, through August 4, 2019, when the defendant was alleged to have touched the private areas of a nine-year-old minor child.
