SH Lady Lions Take First Loss

Scotts Hill played three games last week. The first game was played last Tuesday as the Lady Lions hosted Adamsville in their first district game of the season. Scotts Hill won this game, 65-39. Harley Bowman was the leading scorer with 24 points and Blaize Deere totaled 22 points. Ashlyn Buffaloe scored 8 points, Haley Maness scored 5 points, Bradie Ivey scored 4 points and Jaden Scates scored 2 points. Scotts Hill scored 16 points in the first quarter, 20 points in the second quarter, 18 points in the third quarter and 11 points in the fourth quarter.

Scotts Hill then traveled to Waverly last Thursday night and won, 67-45. Blaize Deere was the leading scorer with 32 points. Harley Bowman had 16 points. Haley Maness totaled 7 points, Ashlyn Buffaloe had 6 points, Hannah Bartholomew had 4 points and Deanna Pusser had 2 points. After only scoring 10 points in the first quarter, Scotts Hill…
