Lions Football Help Give Back

The Scotts Hill High School Lions Football team helped give back to the community, by lending a hand in helping clean up from recent storm damage.

As the southern part of Henderson County was ravaged by storms, the Scotts Hill High School Lions Football team found a way to bring light to a devastating situation. While many high school aged kids would be spending time with friends having fun and doing what teenagers do, the Lions Football members were recently out lending a hand in helping clean up storm areas that were riddled with debris.
Scotts Hill High School Football Coach Renard Woodmore said, “The majority of the team was present in helping others clean up and help clear limbs and trees from the yards of the community. The only members who weren’t able to attend were those that had damage to their own homes.
