Lexington’s Soccer Season Ends in Region Semi-Finals

Last Tuesday night, the Lady Tigers’ Soccer team played in the region 7 AA semi-finals. Lexington was forced to play on the road, as they traveled to South Gibson for this match. While the Lady Tigers played a great game, with above par efforts, Lexington came up short in this game with a final score of 4-0. The Lady Tigers accomplished a great deal this season and exceeded their expectations.
After a rough start to the season, Lexington came together and began playing as a team at the right time. Lexington will be losing five talented seniors. These players include Ashlee Altom, Josie Keel, Kerrie Woods, Madeline Fesmire and Skye Thompson.
