Jonathan D. Stiles, age 22, was arrested on September 18th on charges of child abuse and/or neglect, stemming from an incident in the Walmart parking lot. According to court documents, Officer Katie Carroll, with the Lexington Police Department, made the arrest at 10:45 a.m. The affidavit states that “The defendant was sitting in a blue Honda Sentra with a twelve-month-old and a three-year-old child.
