LHS Lady Tigers Conquer “The Hill”

Lexington High School’s Cross Country teams won the Hardin County Invitational last Tuesday at the Horse Creek Wildlife Sanctuary and Refuge in Hardin County. Laura Mobley was crowned the overall champion in the girl’s race. She was followed by Sarah Simmons finishing 5th, Ally Bland in 6th, Abby Bland in 10th and Hadley Smith finishing 13th overall. They were followed by Gracye McEarl and Bailey Arnold.
In the boy’s competition, Jaxon Wheeler led the way for the Tigers finishing 17th overall. He was followed by Dakota Barker, Christian Wallace, Kaiden Ketron, Riley Robertson, Ty Volner, Josh Clark, JW Powers and CJ Claybrook. The teams were scheduled to compete in the TCA Invitational in Jackson yesterday.
