Local DA Prosecutes Successful Firearms Case Against Convicted Felon

Assistant District Attorney General Chad Wood of Lexington, Tennessee, was the prosecutor in a recent successful firearms case in Henderson, Tennessee. The case was investigated by Sergeant Rickey Hopper and Patrolman Kyle Carter of the Henderson Police Department. On February 11, 2019, the Chester County, Tennessee Grand Jury indicted Victor Barham, 53 years of age, of Henderson, Tennessee, for aggravated assault, possession of marijuana with the intent to sell, and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
The indictment was the result of an investigation by Sergeant Rickey Hopper and Patrolman Kyle Carter, both of the Henderson Police Department, into the report of a disturbance involving Victor Barham.
