Lexington to Host Football Jamboree

Heat waves, dangerous heat indexes and humid temperatures can only mean one thing, it’s time for football. The Lexington Tigers played their second preseason scrimmage last Friday, the annual “Meet the Tigers” was last night, and Friday night five teams will be at Lexington for the 2019 jamboree. Friday’s lineup will feature Adamsville and Scotts Hill’s junior varsity playing in game one. The second game will be Lexington and Huntingdon’s junior varsity. In the 3rd game, McNairy will play Huntingdon in the 1st varsity game. The 4th game will feature Adamsville taking on Lexington. The final game of the night includes McNairy playing Scotts Hill.
