The Mayor and Board of Aldermen for the City of Scotts Hill met in a special called session on Thursday evening, July 25th to discuss Water Department personnel issues and review a litigation agreement. The board met in executive session for the first thirty minutes with city attorney Kevin Carter and then invited the audience back into the room for the business session.
