Huron Man Arrested for Aggravated Assault by Motor Vehicle and DUI

Rene Gregorio-Lorenzo, age 29 of Huron Road, Huron, Tennessee, was arrested on two counts of aggravated assault by motor vehicle and driving under the influence in an incident that occurred Tuesday morning, June 25th, around 9:22 a.m. Deputy Katie Carroll responded to a call on Crucifer Road, in Huron, near the intersection of Wilson Road, where the defendant, according to court documents, “did place his boss, Angelina Aquino, in fear when he cornered her between his vehicle and her vehicle in the middle of Crucifer Road. When Brandy Austin came upon the situation, Ms. Aquino attempted to go to Ms. Austin for help, but the defendant pushed her by the chest, causing her to hit the doorway of the Aquino vehicle.”

The affidavits then say that, “ The defendant left the scene but then called Ms. Aquino and threatened to kill her, plus kidnap and kill her children. As Ms. Aquino was running to get back to her vehicle, the defendant…
