On May 14th, Lucas Skylar Maness, age 19 of Lexington, was arrested by Patrolman Wendy Nichols, of the Lexington Police Department, on two counts of Solicitation of a Minor and two counts of Soliciting Sexual Exploitation of a Minor by Electronic Means.
