The Board of Aldermen and Mayor for the City of Scotts Hill met in regular session on Monday evening, May 6th, with Mayor Jessie Powers and Aldermen Bill Snider, Sharlene Roach, Steve Dickson, Kenny Parrish, Darlene Stout, and Mary Connell in attendance. City Attorney, Kevin Carter, was asked to address the board on the issues for the Kennedy property and the Morris property. Carter said that the Morris property was more appropriate for the executive session later, and then reviewed and received clarification from the board for a response to the Kennedy family.
