City employees have been busy assembling the new recycle bins for Lexington residents, and state employees were in on April 15th to make their inspection. Robbie McCready, Lexington Public Works Director, said that distribution will start the week of April 22nd, but some residents may see the new 96 gallon blue bins as early as Wednesday, April 17th.
