Eaves Sentenced to 70 Years, No Parole
The 26th Tennessee Judicial District released a recent statement saying that: On October l, 2018, the Henderson County, Tennessee Grand Jury indicted Charles Lewis Eaves, 47 years of age, of Lexington, Tennessee, for two counts of Rape of a Child three counts of Especially Aggravated Kidnapping among other charges all of which stem from a May 22, 2018, incident. On February 1, 2019, before Judge Roy B. Morgan, Jr., Eaves entered guilty pleas to all charges and was sentenced to a total effective sentence of 70 years without parole.
