Lexington lost two of its last three games and slipped to 11-9 on the season. Last week, the Tigers defeated Adamsville, 9-7, on Tuesday but then lost a non-district game at Trenton, 4-3, on Thursday. The toughest loss came Monday night, at Chester County, when Lexington was shutout 2-0. The loss gave Lexington a record of 11-9 overall and 8-3 in district play. The district loss moves the Tigers into second place in the district standings, with three district games remaining. Lexington played host to Chester County last night and will play Riverside next Monday and Wednesday. Those games are crucial if the Tigers have any hope of…
