The Henderson County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting event on Friday, April 5th, at the Embellish Hair and Nail Salon located at 465 North Main, near the Elite College of Cosmetology. Tents and grills were set up along the parking area for refreshments and friends from Elite came over to join in the ribbon cutting.
