The Grand Jury for Henderson County had a light session on Friday, April 5th, only handing down forty-eight true bills of indictment. Three of these were sealed. The non-sealed indictments were:

• Kevin Dewayne Jackson, Driving While Under the Influence of a Drug or Intoxicant, Driving Under the Influence with Priors, Driving on Revoked License with Priors, and Possession of Marijuana
• Travis Lee Bedwell, Aggravated Assault
• Dale Glen Aycox II, Evading Arrest- Motor Vehicle, Theft Over $1,000
• Edward A. Bowe, Driving While Under the Influence
• Candice Lynn Eckman, Attempted Aggravated Child Abuse
• Landis Abdullah Ali Britt, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Sell and/or Deliver (two counts)
• Maggie Marie Ervin Cotham, Facilitating Escape
• Steven D. Hays, Possession of Methamphetamine, Introducing Drugs into Penal System
• Ivan Zane Barge, Driving on Canceled / Suspended / Revoked License, Leaving Scene of Accident with Property Damage, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Failure to Exercise Due Care, Failure to Give Immediate Notice of Accident
• Ivan Zane Barge, Theft Over $2,500…
