Tigers Improve to 7-4 on Season

Lexington played host to North Side Monday night in a huge district game and came away with an 8-2 win. The Tigers are now 7-4 overall and 4-1 in district play. The Tigers tallied four runs in the fourth inning driven by a fielder’s choice by Duerell Bard, an error on a ball put in play by Chandler Chick and a double by Allen Scott. Chick took the win for Tigers. He surrendered two runs on four hits over six innings, striking out five. Dylan Waugh threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen.
