Tigers Start Season With Record of 3-3

Lexington opened the baseball season last Tuesday, with a double header win over McNairy Central. The wins gave the Tigers an early boost in the district standings and an early 2-0 record. Since then however, the Tigers have slipped to 3-3 on the season and 2-1 in district play. Lexington was defeated by Hardin County last Thursday, 8-7, and split a doubleheader on Saturday. The Tigers defeated Munford but lost to Bartlett. Monday night, Lexington played its third district game of the season and lost to South Side, 8-4.
