SH Lady Lions Drop First Game Of the Season

The Lady Lions started their 2019 softball season on Monday. A game that was supposed to be played on a neutral site at Jackson State. They instead played at Dyer County. The Lady Lions started out with a promising start. After two outs, Joslyn Davis got the Lady Lions first hit of the season. Shayla Phillips followed that up with a single, but they could not get a run across. Dyer County grabbed two runs in the bottom of the first.
