The Henderson County Commission met in their quarterly session on Monday evening, January 14th. Before the start of the session, Commissioner Wanda Powers led the audience in birthday congratulations for Mayor Eddie Bray. The commission approved the following as notaries: Todd Buttrey, Pamela J. Cobbler, Rochelle Deberry, Tammy L. Fessler, Ramona D Moore, Timothy M. Sanders, Casandra Simpson, Janet E. Threadgill, Venita A. Pearcy, Vaneesa B. Lashlee, Karen L. Moore, and Thomas T. Franklin, and Gloria Parker was appointed to the Library Board.
