Daniel Duncan appeared with Attorney C. Mark Donahoe in the General Sessions Court of Henderson County on the 1:00 p.m. docket, Tuesday, November 20th. After several meetings outside the courtroom, the case was called forward at 3:50 p.m. and dismissed for lack of testimony.
