Crystal Ozier, Director of the Lexington – Henderson County Everett Horn Public Library was the guest speaker at the Tuesday, October 16th meeting of the Lexington Rotary Club. Ozier said that the roots of the library go back to the early 1960’s, when Robbie Wallace, Clerk and Master of the Chancery Court, started the library on some spare shelves on the second floor of the courthouse.
