One Injured in Two Wrecks Last Wednesday

A 2017 Honda CR-V was struck and left the roadway, coming to rest on the battlefield area north of Interstate 40 around 10:22 a.m., October 17th, leading THP to make one arrest on leaving the scene of a crash with injuries.

Two morning vehicle accidents kept local law enforcement, EMS, and fire department personnel busy on Wednesday, October 17th. The first accident was discovered on Natchez Trace Drive around 8:30 a.m., opposite the north end of Guy B. Amis Park.
