Fatal Saturday Morning Wreck on Hwy. 412 East

A Saturday morning wreck on 412 East claimed the life of a Reagan man.

There was a Saturday morning wreck at the intersection of Oak Grove Road and Highway 412 East, near the Dollar General Store, between a vehicle and a scooter that left the rider, Charles Justice, age 42 of Reagan, with fatal injuries. According to the report from the Tennessee Highway Patrol, at 8:01 a.m. a 2004 Ford, driven by Christy Cagle, age 18, of Parsons, was traveling on Oak Grove Road and came to the intersection with U.S. Highway 412. Vehicle #2, a 2004 Roketa Aruba scooter, driven by Justice, was traveling west on U.S. Highway 412. The Ford was turning east onto Highway 412 when it hit the scooter, and the rider was ejected.
