Nidec Holds Hiring Fair

Nidec was able to announce an expansion of 300 jobs for their Lexington facility. The corporation, better known locally as Leroy Somer Americas, stepped forward with a hiring fair, August 16th, from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Lexington campus of the Tennessee College of Applied Technology. Jennifer Burnine and Jessica Gorden, from the Human Resource Department at Nidec, helped with the job fair and answered questions. Also assisting were Holly Wood, with the Tennessee Department of Labor, and Stewart Stanfill, local director of Adult Education.
