On July 5th through the 9th, First Baptist Church Lexington engaged as many as 100 volunteers in the local mission effort called “Mission 2 Lexington”. Two other churches, FBC Osceola, Arkansas and Sylvia Baptist Church, Dickson, Tennessee also joined FBC Lexington in this project. The primary focus of the project was to go into the city of Lexington and make a difference in the lives of children. FBC conducted 8 separate Backyard Bible clubs throughout the city, as well as…
