Former Lexington resident Kent Stanford was recently sworn in for his second term as president of the Washington Public Employee’s Association (WPEA) in Seattle, Washington.  Stanford grew up in the Alberton Community, near Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, attended Pin Oak Elementary and graduated Lexington High School in 1984.
