WRAP Launches the Start by Believing Campaign

Henderson County Mayor Dan Hughes and Lexington Mayor Jeff Griggs met with a group of advocates in the foyer of the Henderson County Courthouse to sign the Wo/men’s Rape Assistance Program (WRAP) proclamation, for April’s Sexual Assault Awareness Month. Also attending were Lt.
