Scotts Hill High School Senior elected to State FFA Office

Over the past four years, Tarrah Ivy has made a name for herself in the National FFA Organization. Her outstanding contributions through involvement and participation have helped her soar through local chapter leadership and beyond. At the 90th Annual Tennessee Association FFA State Convention Ivy was elected to serve as the 2018-2019 Tennessee FFA State Treasurer. Although she will enter The University of Tennessee at Knoxville as a freshman this fall, she will have numerous obligations to fulfill as a state officer. Her job description states that she could be on the road as much as 200 days in the upcoming year. Due to the traveling requirements officers are usually selected as graduating seniors or already in college.
