Resolution Reached in Recycling Issue

The Board and Alderman and Mayor for the City of Lexington met in a special called session on Thursday, March 15th. The board approved the request of interim Public Works Director, Robbie McCready, to surplus equipment no longer needed, and submit it to auction. The board then listened to a presentation by Charles Purcell, attorney for Joey Wall, on either a continuation of services or a buy-out measure.
