From 63 to 23 in 24 hours…Let It Snow!

Thursday the sky was overcast, the temperature in the 60’s, and the Henderson County Sheriff’s Department announced at noon that county schools would be closed on Friday due to anticipated inclement weather. The Lexington City Schools soon followed suit. By Friday morning at 5:00 a.m., sleet was pelting the house, and the temperatures in the low 20’s. By 9 a.m….
