A Sunday night collision left one fatality near the 106 mile marker on Interstate 40 near Parkers Crossroads. Bradley W. Dean, age 45 of Huntingdon, was killed when his vehicle, a 2014 GMC Denali Pickup, crossed the median, directly into the path of a transfer truck running eastbound. The driver of the transfer truck, Alexsandr G. Morar, of Seattle, Washington, was uninjured. Both drivers were reported as using seatbelts.
