Lexington City School Board to Select Director by August 17th

 

 

 

 

 

The Board of Education for the Lexington City Schools System met for a special called session on Monday evening, July 31st.  The agenda was brief with discussion turning from hiring an interim to moving forward with hiring a director.    Board member Jack Hinson brought the item to the forefront, “We have three qualified local candidates, do we actually need an interim?”     Other board members agreed.  Rob Helms, Chairman…
