HCCH Ownership Changeover Rescheduled for September

The ownership changeover for the Henderson County Community Hospital has been rescheduled to September 1st. Quorum Health announced previously that the ownership change to Strategic Healthcare Soulutions, Tennessee, (SHS, LLC) would occur on August 1st. “The name of the facility isn’t changing,” said Pamela W. Roberts, CEO at Lexington. Some of their database applications, contracts, and benefit packages needed additional time for implementation. The email for the facility will change, but no services related to the facility, EMS, or physicians group.
