York Ribbon Cutting

 

 

York, downtown on Court Square, celebrated with a ribbon cutting on Friday, July 7th.

Members of the Chamber of Commerce met at the south side of court square on Friday afternoon for the ribbon cutting at York.  The boutique, at 44 South Main Street, occupies the site of the old Hancock’s Dry Goods building.    Owner Brooke York Hinson, has a pop-culture theme inside, with vintage photo shoots of Elvis, Marilyn Monroe, James Dean and a host of others decorating the walls.    The women’s boutique will cater to all sizes from Junior High to mid-50’s, including plus sizes.  Brooke will also feature her own clothing line called Sadie Sue, affectionately named after…
