The Lexington 11-year old All-Star team swept the Memphis All-Stars this past week to advance to the Tennessee State Tournament. They did it with pitching and well timed offensive bursts. The offense powered its way to 33 runs in the three- game series and the pitching staff and defense only allowed six runs the entire series. The entire team contributed all week long.
