Imagination Station Tours Criminal Justice Center

The Henderson County Criminal Justice Center was visited by new visitors, however, these visitors we’re noticeably smaller than the usual crowd.    Lexington’s Imagination Station had arranged to have their children tour the center. The tour was led by Officer Robbie McCready and comprised of children from a variety of ages.    The children were taken to the court room where they learned about the process of a court room, and they got to pretend to be a judge by slamming down the gavel while sitting in the judge’s chair.    After the courtroom, the children were taken into the jail.
