Smith Accepted To Dartmouth

The white colonial walls of Dartmouth are familiar to those who travel or are fans of Ivy League college games.  For Dotty Smith, who recently graduated from Scotts Hill High School, Dartmouth is going to be her new home for the next four years.    QuestBridge offers a program to match students in rural areas and other circumstances with one of thirty-nine Ivy League schools.    Smith, who lives with her grandmother, Dorothy Buck, in Scotts Hill, is proud of her town, but is very excited about the opportunity.  Her pride in Scotts Hill was one…
