Henderson County Relay For Life Survivor’s Dinner

Boots and Saddles was the staccato cavalry call when there was a crisis during the night or early hours of the morning. And although the Relay for Life Survivor’s Dinner enjoyed a western theme, when greeted by a boots and saddles motif the night of April 28th, it struck deeply home that perhaps these cancer survivors are answering a modern-day call to crisis. Cancer can often be that hidden enemy that slips up, silent and unseen until too late.
