Law Enforcement gathered silently together, vehicles from surrounding counties adding to the escort already formed by both Lexington and Henderson County. A Sea of Blue it was called, stretching across the horizon, leading Lt. Todd Bowman of the Lexington Police Department, to his final resting place.
