EEOC Director Speaks At Chamber Luncheon

A mid-level manager has a kissing club during daily break.  The company has overlooked the indiscretion, responding that “No one was forced to participate.”  Another supervisor fires a young lady after learning that she has become pregnant.  “You just can’t make this stuff up,” says Edmond Sims.  Truth, as they say, can be stranger than fiction.    Sims is the Deputy District Director for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity…
