Security High During Jury Selection for Holly Bobo Kidnapping/Murder Case
The security was extreme at the Hardin County Courthouse as jury selection continued April 5th in Savannah for the upcoming trial of Zachary Adams. Adams is one of the defendants in the kidnapping and murder of Holly Bobo nearly six years ago. Adams entered the courtroom in plain clothing, the first time he has not entered in the prisoner style jumpsuit. The Bobo family, however, was not in attendance. The questionnaires were used to narrow down the original two hundred and fifty potential jurors to about 180 to 195. The pool of potential jurors contained a high selection of teachers and larger employers. Forty were reviewed that morning, forty that afternoon, and the same number and process on Thursday.
