Evaluations Continue for Small

In an appearance on Wednesday, April 5^th, before Judge R. Steve Beal of Lexington, the court heard the recommendation on the preliminary mental evaluation of Buddy Ray Small.   Small was arrested in connection to the death and decapitation of William Jack Ferguson on Johnson Road, February 7^th.  Ferguson was found by fire fighters responding to a blaze at a residence on that road.   On March 1^st, Sam Hinson, of Hinson and Hinson of Lexington, filed a motion on…
