Lady Tigers Ready To Start 2017 Season

A long off season is over for the Lady Tigers softball season. Lexington put the finishing touches on the pre-season Saturday, with a 19-0 thrashing of Adamsville. There were several teams scheduled to appear at the annual play day, but several teams didn’t battle the cold weather. As for the Lady Tigers, the weather was cold, but they were Big Red hot. Lexington’s Lady Tigers defeated Adamsville 19-0 as Natalie Cogdell and Brylie Brown combined to throw a one hit shutout.
