Pockets of Wind Damage Across Henderson County

Hard rain and boiling clouds covered the Lexington landscape Tuesday evening and early morning Wednesday, March 1st, much of the damage being reported from elsewhere in the state.   But Henderson County suffered some pockets of tornadic winds.  An interstate sign near Parkers Crossroads was blown in half.  Other families lost favorite trees, or found their lawn furniture elsewhere.   Sandi Savedra, from Briarcliff Lane, shared this with us: “I awoke this…
