LHS Baseball Undefeated In 2017 Exhibition Games
With the start of the 2017 baseball season just 12 days away, the Lexington Tigers have been working hard to prepare for what could be an outstanding season. Lexington has had a pair of exhibition games so far and has looked great so far in the pre-season. On February 20th, the Tigers defeated Westview 15-0 as four Tiger pitchers combined to throw a shutout. An early lead helped propel the Tigers to victory. Lexington scored on a stolen base by Evan Gilliam, a double by Landon Hendrix, a home run by Tucker White, and a home run by Connor Woods in the first inning.
