“Inside-Out Program” Graduates Three

Recent graduates of the Inside-Out program were congratulated by Tim Carothers of the Southwest Human Resources Agency, as well as representatives from the Henderson County Criminal Justice Complex.

The courtroom for Henderson County General Sessions was host to a scene of restorative justice, as graduates of the Inside-Out program were treated to a graduation event and refreshments. Tim Carothers, the Re-Entry Coordinator with the West Tennessee Workforce Development board, was on hand to pass out the certificates and to congratulate those who had recently completed the class: Tenesha Davies, Jessica Powers, and Cheryl Spencer.
