“Inside-Out Program” Graduates Three

The courtroom for Henderson County General Sessions was host to a scene of restorative justice, as graduates of the Inside-Out program were treated to a graduation event and refreshments.   Tim Carothers, the Re-Entry Coordinator with the West Tennessee Workforce Development board, was on hand to pass out the certificates and to congratulate those who had recently completed the class:  Tenesha Davies, Jessica Powers, and Cheryl Spencer.  The six months’ course is designed to help inmates become better…
